Problem entering the delivery address

Problem entering the delivery address, but may have been my error allowing auto fill. However, excellent friendly and very efficient support from a chap who corrected the order immediately and delivery was sooner than described. First order

First time of ordering from The Champagne Company and they did not disappoint. The order process was easy and great value, delivery was on time and packaging of our products was absolutely 1st Class. I will be ordering again from this company and highly recommend.

Quick and reliable service

Quick and reliable service. Initially I ordered from elsewhere as I couldn't find it in stock at most places and despite being out for delivery apparently the courier lost it. Or ended up with a nice bottle of free Champers. It's for my Hen Weekend so it's not been popped yet but reviews say it's nice and sweet so we can't wait to sample it. Beautiful bottle, looks really classy :)

Good customer service

I ordered glasses which were delivered very promptly and well wrapped. However there was a problem with some of the glasses and when I notified the Champagne Company they immediately set about to rectify it and within a few days I had replacement glasses. The staff are very efficient, pleasant and patient.

Thought I’d give this Company a try

Thought I’d give this Company a try, as they had the product I wanted.
I knew I was placing a preorder, i.e they were waiting for that stock to physically arrive in their warehouse.
Some time later I checked my account page with them, and it said my product had shipped on the 13th of that month. As it was now the 19th of the month, naturally I was concerned, and emailed their customer service department.
THEY replied as it was a preorder, they were waiting for stock to arrive, and would dispatch as soon as received.
I replied, saying I understood it was a pre preorder, but WHY update my account details, saying it had been dispatched, when they didn’t have stock ? ? ? ?
Didn’t expect such a faux par, from a company, such as this.
Sad really, as I expected more.
Think in future I’ll stick to the company I normally use.

Failed to meet any aspect of my order

I was contacted on a Friday to be informed that the product I had ordered, and paid a Saturday delivery for, was not available until the following Tuesday. I was offered an alternative product for next day delivery which I accepted.
They failed to deliver the alternative product until the following Tuesday, so I ended up sending a gift I didn't really want, that was delivered 3 days after the event it was intended for.
Whilst I was refunded the Saturday delivery charge, I'm afraid I won't be using this company again.
